1. Pre-Flight Planning and Safety 

Before every flight, the drone operator performs a detailed safety check. This includes:

Reviewing flight plans and airspace regulations.

Checking weather conditions to ensure safe operation.

Conducting a site inspection to identify any new obstacles, personnel, or equipment on the ground.

Ensuring the drone and camera batteries are fully charged and all equipment is working correctly.

2. Automated Flight and Data Capture 

Once the safety checks are complete, the operator launches the drone. The flight is often automated using pre-programmed routes. The drone will:

Capture high-resolution photos and videos from consistent angles to show the site's overall progress.

Fly a grid pattern to gather data for creating a high-resolution 2D orthomosaic map of the site.

Collect data for a 3D model, allowing for detailed measurements and analysis of the construction.

3. Post-Flight Data 

Processing After the flight, the raw data is processed. This includes:

Stitching together thousands of individual photos to create a seamless, high-resolution orthomosaic map.

Generating a detailed 3D model of the site.

Organizing and annotating the images to highlight key areas of progress.

4. Final Report Delivery

 The final products are packaged and delivered to the client on a set schedule (e.g., daily, weekly, or bi-weekly). This report provides a clear and concise visual record of the construction's evolution and is an invaluable tool for project management and communication.
